In partnership with TATA Steel Foundation, we have established a state-of-the-art Multiskill Centre in Saruabil, Odisha, dedicated to empowering local youth. The centre offers specialized training in Four-Wheeler Service Assistance, providing industry-relevant technical expertise and hands-on experience in the automotive sector. With 100% placement assistance, we ensure that every trained candidate can begin a sustainable career and contribute to India’s growing workforce.
Our collaboration with Coal India Limited focuses on women empowerment in Dhanbad, especially young girls from coal mining communities. Many are school dropouts, and through this initiative, we provide them with General Duty Assistant (GDA) training, life skills, and job opportunities. This program enhances livelihoods while fostering independence, dignity, and social upliftment for women in marginalized communities.
The KAUSHALATA Project, launched in Jamuria, West Bengal, is a powerful initiative designed to empower women and girls through professional skill development in the healthcare sector. By training them as General Duty Assistants (GDA), the project equips participants to build sustainable careers, achieve financial independence, and contribute to community healthcare and well-being.
In Phase II, the KAUSHALATA Project extends its mission to Dishergarh, West Bengal. With the same focus on healthcare skill development, women and girls receive General Duty Assistant training, opening doors to meaningful employment, financial stability, and community transformation.
The PANKH Project, in association with TRRAIN Trust, empowers persons with disabilities including individuals with hearing impairments, low vision, or locomotor disabilities. By providing specialized retail sector training, the program—active in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Srinagar—creates equal employment opportunities, enabling participants to achieve dignity, inclusion, and financial independence.
Supported by HDFC Bank’s CSR Fund and implemented with Bharat Cares, Project Skills for Success is transforming the lives of tribal youth in Belpahari, West Bengal. Through skill development in Automotive and Tourism & Hospitality sectors, this initiative opens pathways to sustainable livelihoods, career opportunities, and brighter futures.
In collaboration with Yingjia Communication Pvt. Ltd (VIVO), we launched the Smartphone Assembly Training Program in Kestopur, Kolkata. This initiative empowers underprivileged youth with hands-on smartphone assembly training and technical skills, preparing them for stable employment in the fast-growing smartphone manufacturing sector.
Our partnership with Ambuja Cement Foundation focuses on women’s entrepreneurship development. Through Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) training, women are equipped with the knowledge and skills to start and grow their own businesses, achieve financial independence, and strengthen their communities.
